【摘要】目的：探讨血透室实施护理流程管理对于提升科室护理质量的意义。方法：选取2020年6月—2022年6月100例接受血液透析治疗的患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为两组，每组各有50例患者。对照组采用常规的护理管理措施，观察组在血透期间采用了护理流程管理。比较两组患者在经过护理管理之后的各项指标差异。结果：观察组患者各项护理质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者的不良护理事件发生率以及总体护理满意度也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：血透室护理流程管理不仅可以提升科室的整体护理质量，还可以提高患者对医疗服务的认可度。
