【摘要】目的：分析饮食护理结合疼痛护理在早期肝癌患者中的应用效果。方法：选取我院收治的100例早期肝癌患者为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组(常规护理)和联合组(饮食护理结合疼痛护理)，各50例，对比两组护理效果。结果：护理后，联合组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、机体营养状况、并发症发生率、疼痛评分以及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：采取饮食护理结合疼痛护理干预，有利于改善早期肝癌患者胃肠功能，降低其疼痛感，建议临床应用。
