【摘要】目的：分析镇痛镇静护理干预在ICU(重症监护室)机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法：选取本院确诊的70例ICU机械通气患者，均收治于2021年1月—2022年12月，随机将其分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例)，分别给予常规护理和镇痛镇静护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：两组护理前舒适度评分、睡眠质量评分以及重症监护痛苦体验评分比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)；护理后，观察组上述各指标改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗指标优于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：为ICU机械通气患者应用镇痛镇静护理干预可取得显著效果，应用价值较高。
