【摘要】目的：探究多样性护理在冠心病介入治疗手术室护理中的应用及对并发症发生率的改善。方法：均采用计算机随机分组，本次研究实施时间自2022年6月开始，截至2023年6月，对本医院468例冠心病介入治疗手术患者进行研究，采用计算机随机法将所纳入的患者平均分为两组，每组234例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施多样性护理。对两组患者临床效果、不良心理情绪评分(SAS和SDS)以及并发症发生情况进行观察评价。结果：护理后，观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组不良心理情绪评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：通过对冠心病介入治疗手术患者实施多样性护理，能够有效提升治疗效果，改善患者不良心理情绪，降低并发症的发生率，在临床上具有较高的推广应用价值。
