【摘要】目的：探究综合性肺康复护理在住院老年慢阻肺患者护理中的应用效果。方法：2022年2月—2023年2月，将40名住院老年慢阻肺患者分为两组，对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上行综合性肺康复护理，对两组心理状态、肺功能指标以及生活质量进行对比分析。结果：干预后，观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组FEV1%和FEV1/FVC均高于对照组，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组生活质量评分低于对照组，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：综合性肺康复护理在住院老年慢阻肺患者护理中的应用效果较好，值得临床推广应用。
