【摘要】目的：分析全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用价值。方法：选取2021年5月—2022年6月180例糖尿病患者，将其分为两组，各90例。对照组采用常规健康教育模式为糖尿病患者进行护理，观察组采用全程健康教育模式为患者进行护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者护理总有效率明显高于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，护理后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(P2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)和生活质量评分均优于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：针对糖尿病患者采取全程健康教育模式的效果显著，可以明显改善护理效果以及血糖，提升生活质量，护理优势突出，可在临床大量推广。
