【摘要】目的：研讨老年2型糖尿病护理中人文关怀护理的应用效果。方法：研究时间定在2020年1月—2023年10月，纳入此间院内接收的老年2型糖尿病患者展开分析，且共78例，对其随机分组，39例开展传统护理者归为传统组，39例开展人文关怀护理者归为观察组。对两组负性情绪评分、血糖指标、遵医用药率及遵医饮食率进行对照分析。结果：护理前，两组负性情绪评分和血糖指标对比结果提示差异无意义(P>0.05)；护理后，观察组的负性情绪评分与血糖指标均低于传统组(P<0.05)。观察组的遵医用药率和遵医饮食率均高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论：人文关怀护理能够明显降低老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖指标，同时，还可缓解负性情绪，更好地遵医用药，维持病情稳定，值得参考应用。
