【摘要】目的：探究5E康复管理理论指导下的整体化护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法：将2023年1月—2024年1月医院收治的68例AECOPD患者随机分成对照组和实验组，各34例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组在此基础上予以5E康复管理理论指导下的整体化护理，护理2个月后，对比两组干预前后的CAT评分、SGRQ评分、生活质量、肺功能指标和护理满意度。结果：干预后，实验组的CAT评分和SGRQ评分均低于对照组，生活质量各项评分、肺功能各项指标和护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：5E康复管理理论指导下的整体化护理可以有效缓解AECOPD患者的病情，改善其肺功能指标、生活质量和护理满意度。
