【摘要】目的：观察孕产妇保健中孕期营养与体质量管理的实施效果。方法：于2022年10月—2023年10月对我院建档的88例孕产妇进行研究，采用随机数字分组法将所有孕产妇平均纳入对照组与联合组，每组44例。对照组采用常规营养指导，联合组采用个性化孕期营养与体质量管理。对比两组营养状况、体重管理效果以及分娩结局。结果：干预后，联合组营养状况、体重管理效果与分娩结局均优于对照组，有统计学差异，P<0.05。结论：在孕产妇保健中采用孕期营养与体质量管理可实现对孕产妇营养状况的调节，更加有效地进行体重管理，可以改善分娩结局，值得应用。
