【摘要】目的：比较不同疗程的红花如意丸治疗盆腔炎妇女的经期疼痛的疗效并分析其相关性。方法：选取2022年7月—2023年9月于郑州大学第三附属医院妇科门诊就诊并接受红花如意丸治疗的164例盆腔炎患者，根据其用药疗程分为短疗程组(用药1个月经周期)、中疗程组(用药2个月经周期)和长疗程组(用药3个月经周期及以上)，采用视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)和COX痛经症状量表(CMSS)评价其治疗前后的疼痛状况，以单因素ANOVA方差分析比较三组的疼痛评分，并以Spearman相关分析法比较用药疗程与疼痛评分之间的相关性。结果：短疗程组、中疗程组与长疗程组对经期疼痛的疗效比较具有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)；Spearman相关分析显示：红花如意丸用药疗程与患者的VAS评分差值和CMSS评分差值均具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论：长时间服用红花如意丸对于盆腔炎女性患者的经期疼痛的疗效高于短疗程和中疗程，临床应指导患者长期坚持用药改善患者症状。
