【摘要】目的：分析亮丙瑞林微球治疗子宫内膜异位症患者对内分泌指标、不良反应的影响。方法：选取本院于2020年2月—2023年2月收治的82例子宫内膜异位症患者作为此次研究对象，对照组采用孕三烯酮胶囊治疗，实验组在对照组基础上采用亮丙瑞林微球治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：实验组治疗总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(75.61%)(P<0.05)；治疗后，实验组黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素与雌二醇均低于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组不良反应发生率(7.32%)低于对照组(21.95%)(P<0.05)。结论：亮丙瑞林微球治疗子宫内膜异位症具有较好疗效，可改善内分泌指标，值得临床推广应用。
