【摘要】目的：比较腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术(LM)与经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术(TAM)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法：选取60例子宫肌瘤患者，均为富平县医院妇产科2021年7月—2023年7月时间段内所收治，按抽签法将患者随机分为对照组(TAM术式治疗，30例)与干预组(LM术式治疗，30例)，比较两组的手术指标、卵巢功能、免疫因子及术后并发症率。结果：与对照组比较，干预组的手术时间更长，术中失血量更高，术后肛门首次排气时间与术后胃肠恢复蠕动时间均更短(P<0.05)。治疗后，干预组卵巢功能指标均优于对照组，P<0.05。治疗后，干预组免疫因子水平均高于对照组，P<0.05。干预组的术后并发症率低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：LM术式治疗子宫肌瘤的效果优于TAM术式，虽然手术时间稍长，但手术创伤性小，并发症少，利于术后康复，值得推广应用。
