【摘要】目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺结节性病变诊断的价值。方法：选取2020年6月—2023年6月我院收治的80例甲状腺结节性病变患者(均接受彩色多普勒超声检查与手术病理诊断检查)，以病理检查为金标准，计算彩色多普勒超声的诊断效能。结果：经病理检查，良恶性甲状腺结节比例为75.00%与25.00%；彩色多普勒超声准确率为97.50%，敏感度为95.00%，特异度为98.33%；彩色多普勒超声成像显示良恶性结节在数目、边界、钙化和回声方面不同。结论：彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺结节性病变诊断中表现出高准确率与敏感度，对良恶性结节的鉴别具有重要临床价值。
