【摘要】目的：探究SBAR沟通模式在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对依从性的影响。方法：选择本院于2023年5月—2023年10月期间收治的确诊为2型糖尿病患者并对其进行筛选，以研究纳入条件为准共筛选出60例II型糖尿病患者为本次研究对象。按照数值随机表法对其进行分组，分成对照组和观察组，每组有30例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者则实施SBAR沟通模式的联合护理干预措施。比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者的护理效果显著优于对照组，P<0.05；护理后，观察组患者的依从性及自我管理能力评分均明显高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：2型糖尿病患者在临床治疗过程中实施SBAR沟通模式护理措施干预后，能够明显提高患者的依从性与自我管理能力，有效保证了患者的治疗效果，值得临床推广运用。
