【摘要】目的：分析改良HE 染色技(Hematoxylin and Eosin staining)在病理诊断中的应用效果及检出率。方法：选取2021年8月—2023年8月之间100例HE染色标本作为研究对象，并按照随机数法将其均分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用传统HE染色技术进行诊断，观察组采用改良后HE染色技术进行诊断，并结合具体数据对比两组病理诊断检出率以及诊断的准确率。结果：观察组病理诊断检出率以及诊断的准确率显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：改良HE染色技术在病理诊断中的应用效果较好，检出率较高，值得大力推广。
