【摘要】目的：探讨排尿反射活动训练对骨科术后卧床患者留置导尿管拔管时机的影响。方法：选取2021年3月—2022年3月之间在本院治疗的50例骨科术后卧床留置导尿管患者，并将其均分为观察组和对照组，每组25例，对照组开展常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上开展排尿反射活动训练，对比两组患者排尿效果，同时分析两组患者满意度。结果：观察组患者排尿效果显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：经过排尿反射活动训练后，当患者尿道口见有尿液流出后拔出尿管，自行排尿成功率较高，为留置导尿管拔管最佳时机。
