【摘要】目的：分析金标法与酶联免疫法测定人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体的临床意义。方法：研究对象为2021年1月—2023年6月期间我疾控中心筛查高风险场所人群1459人，涉及宾馆、酒店、KTV、洗浴中心、足疗店，对所有人员先用金标法初筛检测HIV抗体，然后实施酶联免疫法予以复查，分析不同方法的检查结果。结果：1459人最后确证试验表明阳性人数12人，两种检查方法的诊断效能比较差异较小，无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：金标法与酶联免疫法均可用于HIV抗体的检测，通过将两者联合使用，可进一步减少假阳性，为艾滋病患者的诊治提供重要依据。
