【摘要】目的：研究与分析外周血细胞形态学在血常规检验中的应用价值。方法：随机选取我院收治的进行血常规检查的140例患者，将其分成对照组和观察组，各70例。给予对照组常规血液检查，给予观察组外周血细胞形态学检查。比较两组血细胞的异常总检出率以及对疗效的满意率。结果：观察组的血细胞异常总检出率(71.43%)较对照组(48.57%)高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的总满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：外周血细胞形态学能精确检测出结果，降低误诊风险，从而提高临床疗效，促进患者康复，患者的满意度也随即提高。

    【Abstract】Objective：To study and analyze the application value of peripheral blood cell morphology in blood routine testing.
