【摘要】目的：探讨头孢曲松联合桂枝茯苓片对慢性盆腔炎患者的疗效。方法：选取我院2021年2月—2023年10月的70例慢性盆腔炎患者，随机将其分为两组。对照组采取头孢曲松治疗，观察组采取头孢曲松联合桂枝茯苓片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组的带下异常、下腹疼痛、神疲乏力、肛门坠胀、腰骶肿痛、形寒肢冷、低热起伏和月经不调评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组的带下异常、下腹疼痛、神疲乏力、肛门坠胀、腰骶肿痛、形寒肢冷、低热起伏和月经不调评分均明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组的带下异常、下腹疼痛、神疲乏力、肛门坠胀、腰骶肿痛、形寒肢冷、低热起伏和月经不调评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：头孢曲松联合桂枝茯苓片对慢性盆腔炎患者有显著的疗效。
