【摘要】目的：探究急诊眩晕症患者接受天麻素与异丙嗪联合治疗的应用价值。方法：将68例急诊眩晕症患者分为两组，对照组接受天麻素治疗，实验组接受天麻素与异丙嗪联合治疗，比较两组各项临床指标。结果：治疗后，实验组的治疗总有效率、临床症状缓解情况及动脉血流速度均优于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：天麻素与异丙嗪联合治疗急诊眩晕症患者，能提高临床效果，缩短症状缓解时间，改善动脉血流速度，值得推广。
