【摘要】目的：了解双膦酸盐类药物的使用量，关注其临床应用及不良反应。方法：通过临床药师系统(PASS)对我院2022年1月-2023年12月的双膦酸盐类药物的销售金额占比、病例数、科室分布情况及不良反应的处置等情况进行统计与分析。结果：销售金额占比逐年增加，尤其是唑来膦酸注射液增长率达到22.80%。老年女性患者占比较高，且常见发热、疼痛等不良反应。结论：双膦酸盐类药物的临床应用广泛，但其带来的不良反应仍应重视，来确保其安全性。
