【摘要】目的：研究重症感染合并发热患者在采取血必净治疗时的作用。方法：2022年2月—2023年2月，纳入我院38例重症感染合并发热患者，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，每组19例。对照组采取常规治疗，观察组采取血必净治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%，明显高于对照组的78.95%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组临床指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组临床各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：重症感染合并发热患者在采取血必净治疗时疗效显著，同时也能控制感染，降低体温，具有应用价值。
