【摘要】目的：研究慢性胃炎患者在采取幽门螺杆菌根除性治疗加益生菌治疗时的作用。方法：2021年2月—2022年11月，纳入我院83例肝胃郁热型慢性胃炎患者，随机将其分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=41)。对照组采取幽门螺杆菌根除性治疗，观察组采取幽门螺杆菌根除性治疗加益生菌治疗。比较两组疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，P<0.05；观察组各症状恢复时间均短于对照组，P<0.05。结论：慢性胃炎患者在采取幽门螺杆菌根除性治疗加益生菌治疗时可提升疗效，缩短症状恢复时间。

    【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of helicobacter pylori eradication therapy plus probiotics therapy on chronic gastritis patients.
