【摘要】腰椎小关节紊乱是一种常见的临床综合征，多因关节的退行性改变或扭挫伤等原因，导致关节囊内层滑膜卡压在两个小关节突关节的间隙内，滑膜组织内分布有许多神经末梢，在滑膜卡压后患者会出现剧烈的疼痛感以及反射性的腰肌痉挛。赵继荣主任医师总结前人经验，在此基础上认为肾虚是腰椎小关节紊乱发病之本，风、寒、湿、热以及气滞血瘀等阻滞经络是腰椎小关节紊乱发病之标，并通过长期临床实践探索，自拟杜仲腰痛丸、熥敷颈腰痛砂以及应用“三步三位九法”和后期功能锻炼治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症，取得显著的临床疗效。
