【摘要】目的：分析针灸推拿结合康复理疗治疗颈椎病患者的护理效果。方法：选择2020年3月—2021年9月我院收治的200例颈椎病患者，随机将其分为两组，各100例。对照组采取常规的护理模式，治疗组应用针灸推拿结合康复理疗，对比两组护理效果。结果：治疗组患者总满意度与护理总有效率均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后，治疗组VAS和睡眠质量评分均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：将针灸推拿与康复理疗相结合，可以使患者的病情得到明显的改善，同时也能提高患者的护理满意度，是一种值得在临床上推广的护理方法。
