【摘要】目的：探讨针对脑中风后遗症患者采用穴位按摩及护理干预对其康复效果的影响。方法：随机选取我院2020年1月—2022年1月期间接收治疗的脑中风后遗症患者(共80例)作为参考对象。根据数字随机法将其分为参照组和试验组，每组40例，参照组采用常规护理模式，试验组在参照组基础上予以穴位按摩，对比两组患者生活质量评分、FMA评分以及神经功能评分。结果：干预后，试验组患者生活质量评分高于参照组，有统计意义(P<0.05)。干预后，试验组患者FMA评分高于参照组，有统计意义(P<0.05)。干预后，试验组患者神经功能评分低于参照组，有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对脑中风后遗症患者采用穴位按摩及护理干预可以提高患者生活质量以及运动功能，降低神经功能损伤程度，值得临床应用。
