【摘要】目的：分析孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法：选取2022年2月—2023年5月期间我院收治的86例过敏性紫癜患儿，随机将其分为对照组(n=43，孟鲁司特钠治疗)和观察组(n=43，孟鲁司特钠与氯雷他定联合治疗)。对比两组治疗总有效率、临床症状改善时间、住院时间、炎性因子和免疫球蛋白水平。结果：观察组治疗总有效率(95.35%)明显高于对照组(81.40%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状改善时间和住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组IL-6、TNF-α、IgG及IgA水平相当，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，观察组IL-6与TNF-α均低于对照组，IgG与IgA均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性紫癜可显著提升患儿的临床疗效，缩短患儿的临床症状改善时间和住院时间，减轻其炎症程度，改善免疫功能。
