【摘要】目的：探讨对流动儿童进行预防接种管理对传染病控制的作用。方法：抽选2020年7月—2022年7月期间我辖区接种单位接收的流动儿童作为研究对象，随机选取110例流动儿童，应用随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组，每组55例，实验组给予预防接种管理，对照组未给予预防接种管理。比较两组管理效果。结果：实验组疫苗接种率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的建卡建证率和家属预防接种知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组传染病总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在传染病的控制方面，对流动儿童进行规范的预防接种管理，能有效降低流动儿童发生传染病的概率，显著提升家长预防接种知识的知晓率，值得借鉴和推广。

    Analysis of the role of vaccination management for migrant children in controlling infectious diseases

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the role of vaccination management for migrant children in controlling infectious diseases.Methods：A total of 110 migrant children who were received by vaccination units in our jurisdiction from July 2020 to July 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group using a random number table method，with 55 cases in each group.The experimental group received prophylactic vaccination management，while the control group did not receive prophylactic vaccination management.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The vaccination rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The card and certificate establishment rate and awareness rate of vaccination knowledge among family members in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of infectious diseases in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：In terms of controlling infectious diseases ......
