【摘要】目的：探讨新生儿早期保健护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者产后并发症及新生儿预后的影响。方法：选择70例妊娠期糖尿病患者，以不同干预方案为分组依据，每组35例。对照组与研究组患者分别行常规保健与新生儿早期保健护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组新生儿低血糖、巨大儿与窒息发生率略低于对照组，但两组相比无差异性(P>0.05)；研究组新生儿出生后不同时刻血糖水平均较对照组高(P<0.05)；研究组新生儿出生后2及6h的体温均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施新生儿早期保健护理可有效降低新生儿低血糖发生率，维持新生儿体温恒定。
