【摘要】目的：探究责任助产与整体护理模式在无痛分娩护理中的效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年3月在本院接受无痛分娩的86例孕产妇，按照随机分配法将其分为对照组(43例，常规护理)与观察组(43例，责任助产与整体护理模式)，分析与对比两组干预效果。结果：观察组第一产程、第二产程与第三产程比对照组更短(P<0.05)。干预后，两组产妇负面情绪均改善，且观察组改善程度更明显(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率(83.72%)比对照组(53.49%)更高(P<0.05)。观察组干预满意度为97.67%，明显高于对照组的81.40%，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：责任助产与整体护理模式在无痛分娩护理中效果显著，可促进改善孕产妇负面情绪，缩短孕产妇产程，提升孕产妇自然分娩率，提升孕产妇护理满意度。
