【摘要】目的：评估顺产产妇实施自然分娩护理干预的应用效果。方法：此次研究时间为2021年11月—2022年11月，选取我院收治的274例顺产产妇，按照奇偶法将其划分成两组，命名为试验组和常规组，每组137例，常规组运用常规干预，试验组采用自然分娩护理干预，针对试验组与常规组的干预前后心理状态评分与产程时间进行对照。结果：(1)干预前，两组顺产产妇心理状态评分对比不具有显著性差异，P>0.05；干预后，试验组顺产产妇焦虑与抑郁评分均低于常规组，具有显著性差异，P<0.05。(2)两组顺产产妇第三产程对比无显著性差异，P>0.05；试验组顺产产妇活跃期、第一产程与第二产程均短于常规组，具有显著性差异，P<0.05。结论：顺产产妇实施自然分娩护理干预的效果明显。
