【摘要】目的：评估产程中实施镇痛分娩配合体位护理的应用价值。方法：此次研究时间为2022年5月—2023年5月，选取我院收治的72例产妇，按照随机数字表法方式将其划分成两组，命名为试验组和常规组，每组36例，常规组采用常规护理，试验组实施镇痛分娩配合体位护理，针对试验组与常规组的产程时间与分娩方式进行对照。结果：(1)两组产妇第三产程对比不具备显著的差异性，P>0.05；试验组产妇第一产程、第二产程与总产程均短于常规组，P<0.05，具有显著差异。(2)试验组的产妇剖宫产率(5.56%)明显低于常规组(25.00%)，P<0.05，具有显著差异。结论：产程中实施镇痛分娩配合体位护理的效果确切。
