【摘要】目的：研究循证管理护理干预在子宫脱垂患者术后的应用效果。方法：本次研究有92例子宫脱垂患者，这92例患者入院治疗的时间在2021年5月—2023年5月，随机平均分为观察组(循证管理护理干预模式)和对照组(常规护理干预模式)。比较两组患者的手术指标、并发症发生率以及对护理的满意度。结果：观察组患者术中出血量明显低于对照组，住院时间以及康复时间显著短于对照组，P<0.05；观察组患者便秘、感染以及腹胀等并发症发生率明显低于对照组，P<0.05；观察组患者护理总满意度明显高于对照组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：循证管理护理干预在子宫脱垂患者术后的应用效果比较明显，有利于患者手术后的恢复，同时还可以降低并发症发生率，提高患者对护理的满意度，循证管理护理干预模式值得社会推广和应用。
