【摘要】目的：探讨风险管理在血液科护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选择医院血液科2020年1月—2023年1月收治的64例患者，根据护理方案将其分为对照组(常规护理，n=32)与观察组(风险管理干预，n=32)，比较两组不良事件发生率、护理质量以及护理满意度。结果：观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后，观察组基础护理、护理态度、风险意识、纠纷处理等护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在血液科护理管理中采用风险管理方案能降低不良事件风险，可提高护理质量与护理满意度。
