【摘要】目的：探讨老年综合评估护理对老年冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2022年12月的220例老年冠心病患者，按照随机数字表法将其分成两个小组，常规护理在对照组中实施，老年综合评估护理在观察组中实施。比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组的急性心肌梗死、心衰恶化、心绞痛、猝死和心律失常恶化发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，两组的躯体症状、精神症状、社会功能和心理功能等生活质量评分均明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组各项生活质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：老年综合评估护理在老年冠心病患者中的应用能够提高其生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
