【摘要】目的：探讨1例睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者悬雍垂腭咽成型术后的护理。方法：选择2023年7月24日—2023年8月6日时段在我院接受治疗的1例睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者，对患者进行悬雍垂腭咽成型手术治疗。结果：该患者第一次手术后5d，咽部有出血现象，反复多次，急诊入我院进行第二次手术止血，术后病情稳定，予以出院。结论：对睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者采取悬雍垂腭咽成型术后，需要对患者进行综合护理，能够使患者病情稳定，提高患者的生活质量。

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the nursing care of a patient with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Methods：A patient with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome who received treatment in our hospital from July 24th， 2023 to August 6th， 2023 was selected.Performing uvulopalatopharyngoplasty surgery on the patient.Results：Five days after the patient’s first surgery，there was bleeding in the pharynx，which was repeated multiple times.The patient was admitted to our hospital for a second surgery to stop bleeding，and the patient’s condition remained stable after surgery and was discharged from the hospital.Conclusion：After undergoing uvulopalatopharyngoplasty for patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome ......
