【摘要】目的：分析糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy，DR)眼科手术中综合护理的应用价值。方法：从我院眼科选出60例入院行DR眼科手术患者(手术时间2022年12月—2023年12月)，自行抽签分为综合组(综合护理，30例)和参照组(常规护理，30例)，对比两组术后并发症发生率、满意率、依从率、日常生活能力(ADL)以及负面情绪(SAS与SDS评分)。结果：综合组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05)；护理后，综合组SAS评分与SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)；综合组依从率与满意率均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)；护理后，综合组ADL评分明显高于参照组，组间具备统计学对比意义(P<0.05)。结论：DR眼科手术中综合护理的应用价值显著。
