【摘要】目的：分析支持性护理联合家属参与护理对精神分裂症患者心理情况的改善作用。方法：采取计算机随机分组法将70例精神分裂症患者分为两组，每组35例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组采取支持性护理联合家属参与护理。对比两组服药依从性、精神状态以及家属满意度。结果：观察组服药依从性佳的比例明显高于对照组，护理后各项精神状态评分均低于对照组，家属总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对精神分裂症患者进行支持性护理联合家属参与护理，可以明显改善其用药情况和心理状态，提高家属满意度。
