【摘要】目的：浅析集束化护理在电子鼻咽喉镜下取下咽鱼刺患者中的应用效果。方法：选取本院门诊2021年10月—2022年5月收治的90例在电子鼻咽喉镜下取下咽鱼刺患者，将患者分为常规组与集束组，各45例，常规组实施常规护理，集束组实施集束化护理，对比两组的心理状态、治疗依从性与疼痛程度。结果：集束组护理后的焦虑评分低于常规组，P<0.05；集束组总依从率高于常规组，P<0.05；集束组护理后的VAS评分低于常规组，P<0.05。结论：集束化护理在电子鼻咽喉镜下取下咽鱼刺患者中的应用效果良好，能很好地缓解患者焦虑情绪，减轻患者疼痛，提高患者的治疗依从性，值得推广。
