【摘要】目的：研究护理风险管理在门诊护理管理中的实施效果。方法：选取本院2020年8月—2021年12月收治的84例门诊患者，根据随机数字表法将其分为基础组(常规管理，n=42)与研讨组(护理风险管理，n=42)，比较两组护理效果。结果：相较于基础组，研讨组护理质量与护士考核合格评分更高，P<0.05；研讨组患者总满意率(97.62%)高于基础组(83.33%)，P<0.05。结论：门诊护理管理中应用护理风险管理可提高护士护理质量与考核合格情况，改善护患关系，提高护理满意度，值得推崇。
