【摘要】目的：探究健康教育在甲状腺结节患者护理中的应用效果及对患者健康知识知晓率的影响。方法：选择2019年1月—2023年12月我院收治的150例甲状腺结节患者，随机将其分为对照组(75例，常规护理干预)和观察组(75例，个性化健康教育)。对两组患者的健康知识知晓率进行评估。结果：相较于对照组，观察组的健康知识知晓率更高(P<0.05)。干预前，两组患者的负面情绪评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05)；干预后，观察组的负面情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对甲状腺结节患者采取个性化健康教育的效果明确，能够提高其疾病的知晓度，改善其负面情绪，值得选择。
