【摘要】目的：探究随访教育在宫颈癌三级预防中的应用价值。方法：选择2022年3月—2023年8月我院38例宫颈癌高危患者为研究对象，随机将其均分为对照组和研究组，每组19例。其中，对照组给予三级预防措施，研究组在对照组基础上给予随访教育，对比两组护理情况。结果：研究组宫颈癌相关知识总掌握率为89.47%(17/19)，明显高于对照组的68.42%(13/19)(P<0.05)；干预后，研究组生活习惯、自我管理能力、治疗依从性及复诊积极性评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：随访教育与三级预防利于提高患者对宫颈癌知识的掌握程度，养成健康良好的生活习惯，对预防宫颈癌极为有效，值得推广。
