孕产妇健康护理中多学科联合宣教的作用及对知识知晓率的影响

【摘要】目的:探讨对孕产妇采用多学科联合宣教的护理方法对知识知晓率的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年5月我院收治的84例孕产妇作为研究对象,采用摸球法,按照1:1的分配原则将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组42例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用多学科联合宣教的干预方式,观察两组的护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组的认知能力以及自我效能评分与对照组比较更高,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组依从率为95.24%,明显高于对照组的78.57%,观察组健康知识总知晓率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的76.19%,P<0.05。结论:对孕产妇采用多学科联合宣教的护理效果较为显著,能够提高患者对健康知识的知晓程度,改善患者的认知能力以及自我效能,增加患者的依从性。【关键词】孕产妇;健康护理;多学科联合宣教;知识知晓率
