【摘要】目的：观察和分析综合护理措施对妊娠合并轻中度缺铁性贫血患者的影响。方法：选取秦安县中医医院2021年11月—2022年11月间治疗的49例妊娠合并轻中度缺铁性贫血患者，以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=25)进行研究。对照组采取常规护理方式，观察组在此基础上施以贫血知识宣教与饮食营养护理为主的综合护理措施。比较两组患者护理前后的贫血相关指标、护理后的治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果：护理后，观察组的贫血相关指标、治疗依从性评分和护理满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：以贫血知识宣教与饮食营养护理为主的综合护理措施，可提高妊娠合并轻中度缺铁性贫血患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度，从而帮助其改善血红蛋白和血清铁蛋白值，较快纠正贫血状态。
