【摘要】目的：观察子宫腺肌症以醋酸亮丙瑞林微球联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗的效果。方法：将2022年10月—2023年10月期间在兰州大学第二人民医院接受治疗的60例子宫腺肌症患者纳入研究，随机设为两组，对照组予以醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗，并评价两组疗效。结果：治疗前，两组子宫体积、月经量评分和痛经评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05)；治疗后，相较于对照组，观察组子宫体积更小，月经量评分和痛经评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：醋酸亮丙瑞林微球联合左炔诺孕酮缓释系统能改善子宫腺肌症患者月经过多、痛经等症状，应用价值高。
