【摘要】目的：研究和分析早产儿俯卧位机械通气在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征中的临床疗效。方法：纳入我院在2022年9月—2023年9月收治的35例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿作为研究对象，按照奇偶数法将其分为对照组(17例)和观察组(18例)，对照组给予常规仰卧位通气，观察组给予俯卧位机械通气，对比两组患儿的心率、动脉氧分压以及动脉二氧化碳分压。结果：通气2及24h，观察组患儿的心率均优于对照组，P<0.05；护理后，观察组患儿的动脉氧分压以及动脉二氧化碳分压均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：早产儿俯卧位机械通气在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用效果显著，能够显著改善动脉氧分压以及动脉二氧化碳分压。
