【摘要】目的：探究介入治疗对急性深静脉血栓(DVT)并骼静脉压迫综合征患者静脉血流及肢体周径差变化的影响。方法：样本选取时间：2022年1月—2023年4月；样本选取对象：120例急性DVT并骼静脉压迫综合征患者；分组方式：随机数字法[对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)]。对照组予以常规治疗，观察组予以介入治疗。对比两组静脉血流速度、肢体周径差、血管内径、抗凝血酶以及血小板计数。结果：治疗后，观察组肢体周径差(大腿和小腿)均小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组静脉血流速度快于对照组，血管内径小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组血小板计数及抗凝血酶均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：急性DVT并骼静脉压迫综合征患者使用介入治疗，可改善静脉血流，减少肢体肿胀，维持血液健康状态，临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。
