【摘要】目的：观察并分析渐进性抗阻运动对股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者骨愈合及关节功能恢复的影响。方法：开始时间为2020年1月，结束时间为2022年6月，研究对象均为股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者，共80例，以信封法进行分组处理，比例1：1。对照组(n=40)采用常规康复训练，观察组(n=40)联用渐进性抗阻运动，对比两组各项指标。结果：护理后，观察组髋关节功能及肌力水平均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：对股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者应用渐进性抗阻运动的可行性良好。
