【摘要】目的：观察并分析颈丛臂丛阻滞麻醉用于锁骨骨折的麻醉效果。方法：选择秦安县中医医院收治的80例锁骨骨折患者，均于2019年3月—2020年11月间行内固定术治疗，按入院先后顺序分为研究组和对照组，各40例。对照组采取臂丛神经阻滞麻醉，研究组增加颈丛神经阻滞麻醉。对比两组围术期生命体征和视觉模拟疼痛评分。结果：研究组手术结束时的心率和血压(收缩压和舒张压)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；术后1h和2h，研究组静息时和咳嗽时的疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：锁骨骨折内固定术采取颈丛臂丛联合阻滞麻醉，对血流动力学影响较小，可减轻手术疼痛感受，值得麻醉临床应用。
