【摘要】目的：分析血液检验诊断和鉴别缺铁性贫血的价值。方法：将我院2022年1月—2024年1月收治的10例缺铁性贫血患者作为研究组，另选取同期10名健康体检人员作为对照组，均采取血液检验诊断，对比两组诊断结果。结果：两组患者红细胞参数及血清铁指标差异明显，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：缺铁性贫血患者的血液检验指标与健康人士相比差异明显，因此可以通过血液检验诊断和鉴别缺铁性贫血，建议临床应用。

    【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the value of blood test in the diagnosis and differentiation of iron deficiency anemia.Methods：10 patients with iron deficiency anemia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study group，and another 10 healthy physical examination personnel during the same period were selected as the control group.Blood tests were used for diagnosis，and the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results：There were significant differences in erythrocyte parameters and serum iron indexes between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion：The blood test indexes of iron deficiency anemia patients are obviously different from those of healthy people.Therefore ......
